This extra experience allows you to discover the flavors of the Etna area through selected wines, high-quality local products, and the stories of two different producers who represent the soul of the territory.
You can choose between two tasting options, each with its own identity, but both created to offer you an immersive, convivial and genuine experience of Etna’s enogastronomic culture.
Price: 40€ per person

CHOOSE YOUR TASTING
Turi, Eccellenze dell’Etna
A journey through the authentic products of Turi Eccellenze dell’Etna (Randazzo).
You will discover:
- Etna DOC wines (red and white) from native grapes
- EVO Oil “Aiteos” (high polyphenols, low acidity)
- Craft beer made with Nerello Mascalese must
- Virtual visit of vineyards and olive groves
- Technical explanations by the producer and agronomists
- Tasting of wines + oil + beer + small local bites
Etna Nord con Feudo Vagliasindi
A tasting dedicated to the northern side of Mount Etna, guided by Feudo Vagliasindi (Randazzo – Etna Nord).
You will discover:
- Etna Rosso DOC (Nerello Mascalese)
- Organic EVO Oil “Nocellara dell’Etna”
- Virtual visit of vineyards, wine cellar and palmento
- Guided tasting by the producer
- Tasting of wines + oil + artisanal snacks
Where the experience will take place:
The experience will take place in our chef’s home, between the kitchen, the small terrace and the dining room: among grandmother’s glasses, family photos and everyday objects, you will feel as if you were at a friend’s house.

This tasting is an optional extra that can be added only when booking one of the three main experiences. It cannot be booked on its own.
