Ho apprezzato che mi sia stato chiesto in anticipo se c'era qualcosa che mi interessava particolarmente... read more cucinare, poiché questo è stato preso in considerazione quando Deborah ha comprato gli ingredienti per la lezione.
Abbiamo preparato due zuppe di verdure e una caponata di melanzane. Avevo richiesto una delle zuppe, ma avrei preferito che l'altro piatto che abbiamo preparato fosse stato qualcosa di un po' più sostanzioso per varietà e rapporto qualità-prezzo, magari qualcosa con carne o pesce.
La competenza di Deborah era ampia e il cibo che abbiamo preparato era delizioso. Sono stati forniti anche piccoli spuntini e bevande/rinfreschi. Mi è piaciuta molto la lezione e la consiglierei sicuramente.

The meal was absolutely delicious and it was one of the most beautiful experiences i’ve had the pleasure to share. It was very intimate with one other couple which we befriended so if you have time and the desire to eat a wonderful home-cooked meal that you will prepare, don’t miss your opportunity.

She paced the steps of each dish really well, and split them amongst the group evenly, while still allowing time for each person to observe the other steps. In addition to the great logistics of the class, Deb was so personable and sociable and taught us SO much about Sicilian culture and food. I absolutely loved this class and would highly recommend that everyone who visits Catania take it!!!
